A longer training experience
A multi-day camp gives players the opportunity to combine technical work, match situations and preparation for assessment. Ask the team which five- or seven-day opportunities are available for your age and experience.
Compare five and seven days
The right format depends on your goals, time and travel plans. Request the actual daily schedule, arrival and departure requirements, and any rest or recovery time for the camp you are considering.
Accommodation & supervision
Confirm whether the programme is residential or non-residential, what meals and transport are included, and how younger players are supervised. Accommodation is not included unless confirmed for your chosen camp.
The trial element
Ask whether an assessment or showcase is included, who attends and how any follow-up is communicated. Participating in a camp does not guarantee selection or a club contract.
